MILNA Proud Parents Contest Terms & Conditions

ORGANISER AND ELIGIBILITY

1. The “Milna Proud Parents Contest” [“Contest”] is organised by KALBE MALAYSIA SDN BHD (1105162-P), located at Suite 2A-3-2, Block 2A, Plaza Sentral, Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia [“the Organiser”].
2. This Contest is open only to legal residents of Malaysia aged 21 years and above (“Participants”) who are parents with at least one (1) child aged between 6 months and 3 years old.

CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest will run from 11 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 (“Contest Period”).
The Winner Announcement will be made two (2) weeks after the Contest ends. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest Period or mechanics without prior notice.

PARTICIPATION AND ADMISSION CRITERIA

1. To participate, Participants must complete the following steps:
   a. Follow Milna Malaysia Social Media (FB, IG, or TikTok)
   b. Upload a photo or video showing your family moments with Milna products on your public social media profile (make sure to un-private your social media account).
   c. Include the campaign hashtag #GrowingTogetherWithMilna and #ProudToBeParents in your post caption.
   d. Fill in the contest entry form https://forms.gle/VjQQVfxnjLUbfX3g9.
   e. Each Participant can upload more than 1 post on social media.
   f. Content must be original, owned by the Participant, and feature Milna products visibly.
   g. Photos & Videos Posts must reflect happy and healthy parenting moments with Milna.
   h. Any inappropriate or offensive content will be disqualified.

COMPLIANCE

By participating in this Activity, Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions set by the Organiser. The Organiser’s decisions on all matters related to this Activity are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.

PUBLICITY

By joining this Activity, Participants agree that the Organiser may use their name, photo, or social media content related to the Milna Proud Parents Contest activity for publicity or promotional purposes without compensation. Participants may be contacted by the Organiser for future Contest updates or promotions.

CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend and / or modify the Contest and / or its terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice and / or the need to provide any reason.

LAW AND REGULATION

This Contest and its terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Malaysia. Each participant agrees to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.

• By entering into this Contest, all eligible participants consent to the use of their Personal Data by the Organiser for the running of this Contest or for any publicity of the Contest in any form and through any media;
